Stay Out of the Dog House (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a gift-reminder and AI-powered gift-recommendation web application available at stayoutofdoghouse.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload or enter data that infringes on any third party's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure

AI Gift Recommendations

Gift recommendations are generated by an AI model and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantee that any recommendation will be suitable, available, accurately priced, or well-received by the intended recipient. All purchasing decisions are yours alone. We are not responsible for gifts that miss the mark.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Out of the Dog House and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island.
